  1. Choose the right region. It's the customer's responsibility to select the correct account region (US or UK) before purchasing. QuickPlay MV is not responsible for orders placed for the wrong region, and these purchases are non-refundable.
  2. Faulty codes. If a code doesn't work, a refund will be issued once the customer provides proof (e.g. a screenshot of the redemption error). Alternatively, QuickPlay MV may offer a replacement code instead, subject to availability.
  3. Digital goods. Codes are digital and non-returnable once revealed or sent, except as covered under the faulty code policy above.
  4. Personal use. Codes are sold for personal use on the buyer's own account. Resale to third parties is not permitted without prior agreement.
  5. Payment first. Codes are released only after payment is confirmed by bank transfer. Please keep your transfer receipt as proof of payment.
  6. Pricing. Prices and MVR conversion rates shown are indicative and may change without prior notice due to exchange rate movement or supplier pricing.
  7. Order records. Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Please keep your WhatsApp order confirmation as your proof of purchase.
  8. Independent seller. QuickPlay MV is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment or PlayStation.
  9. Right to refuse. QuickPlay MV reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
